The format of this event is 200m AND a distance race around the Island. Both distances are in 20s standard boats. 

Flexibility in combination requests will be considered to meet the new objective of the season, in getting as many paddlers back on the water as possible.

In light of the current COVID environment and the most recent Government advice, if you are able to and have access to a RAT test, it is suggested that it would be a good idea to test either the night before the regatta or the morning of. This is not a mandatory requirement, just the latest Govt Event suggestion.

At the moment we are permitted to proceed with our Regatta under the current public health orders and we don’t anticipate any potential changes to prevent the event from going ahead at this stage.
 
As with every location at the moment, you should stay away from the Regatta if:
a) you have tested positive for COVID and are under isolation orders
b) you feel unwell on and during race day
c) you have been identified as a close contact by NSW health
