AURORAS Come & Try Camp (Sydney)

AusDBF has recently announced they will be holding several information sessions across the country for anyone who may be interested in trying out for the National Team in the near future.
Aurora’s head coach David Abel will be running these sessions prior to the expression of interest being released for the 2023 Word Dragon Boat Racing Championships in Hong Kong (August 7-13).
The program will cover:
- What it means to be an Aurora
- How to prepare for selection camp across the different divisions
- How coaches and clubs can support
- What it means to be involved in the management team
- What’s the ongoing level of effort to be ready to compete
Currently two of these camps will be held in NSW, in the Northern and Sydney regions.
Western and Southern Region paddlers will be invited to attend the camp that is to be held in ACT (dates, location and further information to be confirmed later).
