DBNSW Regatta Series - Round 3 will take place on Sunday 15th November at the Rodd Point, Dobroyd.

Racing will kick off at 8:00 and wrap up late into the afternoon. Due to COVID restrictions we ask that only participants and appointed volunteers attend with spectators avoiding attending unless absolutely necessary.

For those attending Round 3 of the Regatta Series (Sunday 15 Nov at Rodd Point, Dobroyd) please find the latest version of the draw below.
The race committee have been working diligently to coordinate a race plan under the current Government COVID restrictions, that allows us all to race and still keep under the event site capacity of 500 persons at any one time. The solution to this, is racing the age categories in blocks and requesting paddlers leave the site as soon as possible to allow the next group in. Please review the race draw and let us know if there are any issues for your club.

Furthermore attending clubs should note:

• Having taken the survey feedback onboard and will be trialing the Seniors racing first in the morning with Premier/Junior divisions to follow
• Senior A Mixed and Premier Mixed categories will be run as two heats + final
• All other categories will be determined by the lowest combined times across 3 heats
• For the Regatta Series table points will be allocated based on combined times across all divisions
• As we get ready for racing a friendly reminder to those clubs that have not populated their crew lists in RevSport to do so as soon as possible

Please pay close attention to the times listed on the race draw and ensure your club's paddlers are aware of the block they have been allocated to be onsite. As of version 1 of the draw:

• Seniors onsite at 7:00 am for the first race at 8:00 am
• Group A Premier onsite at 10:20 am for racing at 10:50 am
• Group B Premier/Junior onsite at 12:10 pm for racing at 12:40 pm

With the restricted maximum capacity of 500 persons at any one time, we ask clubs to discourage spectators from attending where possible to avoid the challenges around this limit.
