PREREQUISITES

Individuals must have completed a First Aid Course and present evidence to the course presenter within 30 days of the course (can be done POST course as well) before accreditation is processed.
All participants must complete the ASC "Community Coaching General Principals" and present evidence of completion to the course presenter within 30 days of the course before accreditation is processed.
All participants must complete a Working with Children Check and provide that number to the presenter (can be done POST course as well) for accreditation to be processed.

REFUND/CANCELATION

In the event the participant has paid for the course and is no longer able to attend, a refund (minus transaction fees) can be sought at the latest 7 days prior to the course date. Please contact office@dbnsw.org.au in this instance.
In the event that the course is canceled due to unexpected circumstances all participants will be contacted, notified and issued a full refund.
