2019 Individual of the Year - Nominations Now Open

Nominations are now open for the 2019 Individual of the Year. The policy for the award as well as the nomination form can be found below. Email nominations to office@dbnsw.org.au by 17:00 22nd February 2019.
Each year the Board will recognise an individual, who makes a significant contribution to dragon boat racing. The award will be announced and presented at the State Championships. Nominations for this Award can include athletes, officials, coaches and office holders from within clubs.
Selection Criteria to be considered include:
- Distinguished service within a club;
- Exceptional and sustained work at DBNSW Regattas;
- Exceptional athletic performance at state and national regattas;
- Exceptional and sustained work in the development of the sport;
- Exceptional and sustained work in promoting the sport.
