Hello to our NSW Dragon Boating Community,

In line with our strategy under ‘our paddling community,’ Dragon Boats NSW has recently reviewed and made improvements to its volunteer support model. As a result of this review, DBNSW will be creating new committees as well as upgrading the capacity of existing committees. These groups include:

• DBNSW Advisory Group - Provide expert counsel on operational related matters i.e. regattas, new programs, risk & safety. DBNSW will now be calling for 4 positions.

• Sweep Coordinator Group – now including assistant positions for each region. Now calling for 7 sweep coordinators and 7 assistants.

• Region Coordinators – now including Sydney and Bank St as well as assistant positions in each region. Now calling for 2 regional coordinators and 5 assistants.

Below you will find attached the terms of reference and position description for all of these groups and roles with links to the online application process.

The deadline for expressions of interest in all these positions is 23:59 Sunday 8th September 2019.
