Published Mon 05 Feb 2018
Welcome to DBNSW Members, Family and Friends to 2018. The Directors and Staff hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Year. Today I can confirm DBNSW have 2,973 financial members. I hope at the next update to advise we have grown to over 3000 members. The NSW State Championships was a great success being hosted at the Sydney International Regatta Centre on Sunday 14 January. We had 29 Clubs represented from 64 Member Clubs, and over 1000 paddlers. A DBNSW goal is to increase the participating Clubs next year. If you have any feedback on how to get more Clubs and paddlers participating please email the details to office@dbnsw.org.au . The next big event is Chinese New Year on 24 February. We have 150 sport entries, 65 corporate entries, and 65 corporate training sessions booked. We are officially at full capacity. I hope to see everyone down there on the day supporting our great sport of Dragon Boats.
