Dear Members,

Member Clubs will find below the Preliminary Notice of Meeting for the Dragon Boats NSW annual general meeting for the 2016-17 year, which will be held on Saturday, 16 September at Sydney Olympic Park.

The notice contains information regarding the meeting including the other activities after the annual meeting. These will include an informal lunch and workshop for regional based clubs similar to the metropolitan club workshop conducted in July.

The notice also has the forms required if Member Clubs wish to submit constitutional changes and/or nominate for director positions.

The formal AGM Agenda with the annual report, audited financial reports and other material will be distributed to Member Clubs in the week commencing 21 August.

Transport - Parking available from 9:30 AM onwards. Public Transport via bus (Park St) and train (Olympic Park Station)

Club Delegate - must be submitted to agm17@dbnsw.org.au by Monday 4 September 2017.

Director Nominations & Notice of Motion - must be submitted to agm17@dbnsw.org.au by Monday 21 August 2017
