PRELIMINARY NOTICE OF AGM
The Board of DBNSW would like to give preliminary notice of the 2022 Annual General Meeting to all Member Clubs.
The meeting will be held on Sunday 23 October at 10:00am both online and in person.
Director Nomination and Notice of Motion forms are now with 5 elected director positions up for election. We encourage clubs to talk to their members and have them consider putting in a nomination.

WARATAH PROCEDURES CONSULTATION PERIOD
DBNSW is inviting all dragon boat clubs to provide feedback on the latest version of the Team Waratah Terms of Reference and Procedures which have recently been reviewed by the DBNSW Advisory Group.

TRIBE CORPORATE BATTLE
DBNSW would like to invite you to a very special warm up event, the TRIBE CORPORATE BATTLE.
Taking place on Friday afternoon on 4th November at Prince Alfred Park Swimming Pool, crews will battle it out in a dragon boat style tug of war.

GAMEPLAN
Clubs will remember last year DBNSW introduced GAMEPLAN, the new Club Health Check by SPORTAus, to help improve club's planning, governance, communication and much more.
With the new season underway and new club committees starting to settle, now is a fantastic time for clubs to review their GAMEPLAN or start one if they haven't before.

PADDLES UP SESSION
For our next Paddles Up online session we will be turning our attention to Regatta Hosting.
This session is ideal for both clubs who currently run their own regattas as well as new clubs who may be interested in hosting their own events in the future.
The workshop will be taking place 6:30 PM Tuesday 27th September 2022.
